Great clean and cozy gym with good equipment. I especially want to thank my personal trainer Hussein he is knowledgeable motivating and he cares about my progress Hussein helped me recovering after shoulder surgery (better than the physical therapy itself ) He makes sure every workout is safe and effective while helping me rebuild my strength and confidence He knows when to push you and when to adjust the workout to what your body needs. I made great progress training with him and would definitely recommend Hussein and this gym to anyone looking for a great place to train 5 stars deserved

Excellent facility, staff and owners. The place was in rough shape when they bought it, they've revamped the place top to bottom even the locker rooms have been remodeled and updated.

The facility is very luxurious, spacious, and large, featuring a full range of exercise machines, a swimming pool, a Jacuzzi, and amenities like table tennis tables. It is an ideal spot for anyone interested in weight loss, fitness, or swimming, as everything is conveniently gathered in one place. There is just one small detail regarding the cost: the rate is around $80 for an annual membership, or $80 plus a $250 fee if you opt for a monthly membership—at least, that is what I was told today.

Clean facility, great atmosphere, amazing amenities. Whether you’re here to hit a PR or just move your body and feel good, this place has it all. Highly recommend! I also booked a recovery session and WOW. The mix of the sauna, compression therapy, and guided stretching made a massive difference in how I felt the next day. It’s clear they care just as much about recovery and wellness as they do about fitness.

If you are looking for something a little better than “the gym” this is your place!! Very low key, offers many extras such as a pool, sauna, steam room, group fitness (spin, Pilates and yoga) as well as tennis, racquetball, walleyball and personal training. I have been a member for over 25 years and an instructor for 18years. It’s worth a little bit extra when everybody knows your name and it’s quiet, safe, clean and friendly!!
